How long will it take my order to ship? Your order will ship within 3 business days of receipt. We are located in a small town and cannot ship on weekends. On rare occasions, shipping will be delayed due to the absence of the Roaster - these delays will be listed as a banner on the website to notify everyone (and make sure y'all don't run out of beans!)

My order says a label has been created - but has not been received. What's the status?  Always feel free to reach out for status on your order. 99% of the time, the box has been dropped off, but the carrier was so busy they were unable to create the initial label scan, failing to trigger the notification that the box is on its way.

Where do you source your green coffee beans? We work closely with several brokers to find excellent coffee beans from around the world! These brokers maintain direct relationships with the Coffee Farmers AND conduct quality testing on the beans before they get delivered to my door.

How do you roast your beans? **Magic** and a quality, American Made Fluid Bed Air Roaster. We have worked with Coffee Crafters (ID, USA) to procure and maintain an excellent roaster. Our beans are roasted at a "true" white, light, medium, and dark roast. We highlight the nuance of each bean - which is why we carry SO MANY. They are each unique and enjoyable in their own ways.

How do you flavor your beans? Once the beans have been roasted to a medium level they are flavored with a heat activated syrup. Once these beans are brewed with hot water - the full flavor notes are released.
